How does the trial work?

FLYLOG is free to download and use for logging up to 20 flights. After logging 20 flights, an active subscription is required to continue.

How does the subscription work?

Your subscription gives you full access to all FLYLOG apps (mobile, web, desktop), whether you purchase it directly or through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Just log in with the same credentials.

Why are the prices in the Apple App Store and Google Play higher than direct subscription?

Both Apple and Google charge a 30% fee for each of your payment. That’s the reason for the higher price.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payment by credit or debit card. You can choose to pay in EUR or USD. If you want to pay in a local currency, the conversion will happen automatically during checkout.

Where can I download my invoice?

To check your transactions or download your invoices, go to Account > Transactions. If you have an in-app subscription, you need to download your invoice from Apple AppStore or Google Play.

Do you offer a discount?

If there is a discount, it means the product is overpriced. We believe our application gives you value for money and it would be unfair to other customers if we made an exception. However, you have 2 options to save save on subscription:

• Annual subscription: Save 11% compared to paying monthly.
• Referral program: 2 free months for every new user you refer.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Direct subscriptions can be canceled in your user account. To cancel an in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store -> Subscriptions.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

If you’re a paying customer, we’ll keep your data for one year, allowing you to return and pick up where you left off. This means you can access your account as you left it anytime within 12 months. For added security, we recommend regular data backups.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. For every friend who signs up using your referral code, you’ll get two extra months added to your membership for free. Your friend will also get two free months.

Why is no free version available?

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Either you pay with your privacy and personal data, or someone else is paying the bill, which can be expensive or unfair. FLYLOG is committed to providing a valuable service, with transparent pricing that reflects the cost of development and ensures long-term sustainability. A BASIC membership is a small investment compared to the benefits it offers – consider it the cost of just one minute of flight time in a Cessna 172.
