Free TRIAL
The Pilot Free Trial Plan is limited to 20 entries. No credit card is required. After reaching maximum number of TRIAL records, you can continue with an active subscription only.
Activation
You can select Direct subscription (best price guaranteed) or In-app subscription through the Apple AppStore or Google Play.

Direct subscription (web app)
- Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
- Scroll down to the subscription section “FLYLOG FOR PILOTS”.
- Select your subscription plan.
Direct subscription (mobile app)
- Navigate to your Account by tapping your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap “Select your membership”.
- Select the “Best Offer”.
- Select a subscription plan.
In-App subscription (mobile app)
- Navigate to your Account by tapping your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap “Select your membership”.
- Select a subscription plan -> You will be redirected to your app store.
Billing cycle
You’ll be charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). To check your transactions, or download your invoices navigate to your Account -> Transactions.
If payment is not successfully settled due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we suspend your account. To resume access to your account, you must activate your subscription again.
Payment Methods
To change your payment method, navigate to your account profile.
Web app
- Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
- Scroll down to the section called “PAYMENT METHODS”.
- Click the button, select your payment method and update/change information.
Change your subscription plan anytime
Web app
- Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
- Scroll down to the subscription section “FLYLOG FOR PILOTS”.
- Select a new plan.
Mobile app
- Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
- Click on the button “Manage Subscription”.
- Select a new plan.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your membership at any time. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the FLYLOG service until the end of your billing period. After the cancellation, we retain your data for a duration of 12 months. After this timeframe, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or other reasons.
Web subscription
- Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
- Scroll down to the subscription section called “FLYLOG FOR PILOTS”.
- Cancel an existing membership or change a plan.
In-app subscription
To cancel the in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore -> Subscriptions.
