Trial & Subscription

1. Free TRIAL

FLYLOG is free to download and use for logging up to 20 flights. After logging 20 flights, a paid subscription is required to continue logging. However, you can import an unlimited number of flights while you have fewer than 20 flights logged. This allows you to easily transfer your existing flight logs into FLYLOG and explore its features.

Your subscription grants access to FLYLOG on all platforms (iOS, Android, and web). Simply use your existing login to enjoy the full FLYLOG experience across all your devices.

2. Account Creation

Signing up is easy! The fastest way is to use your Google, Apple, or Facebook account – no new passwords to remember! You can also create an account with your email address.

3. Subscription

You can select between Direct subscription (best price guaranteed) or In-app subscription through the Apple AppStore or Google Play.

Payment Methods

To change the way you pay for direct subscriptions, go to your account profile.

Web app

  1. Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Scroll down to the section called “PAYMENT METHODS”.
  3. Click the button, select your payment method and update/change information.

Subscrition Plan Change

Upgrading of the membership is possible at any time. The new membership will be activated immediately. For annual subscriptions, the ammount will be calculated and deducted from the new subscription price. For monthly subscriptions, the full price will be charged. Downgrading is not possible, if you want to go back to the Basic plan you will need to cancel your Premium plan and subscribe again when your current plan expires.

Subscription Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the FLYLOG service until the end of your billing period. After the cancellation, we retain your data for a duration of 12 months. After this timeframe, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or other reasons.

Web subscription

  1. Navigate to your Account by clicking your profile picture in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Scroll down to the subscription section called “FLYLOG FOR PILOTS”.
  3. Cancel an existing membership or change a plan.

In-app subscription
To cancel the in-app subscription, navigate to your Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore -> Subscriptions.
