Reservation process

When a reservation is created, the following actions take place:

  1. Admin Notification: The system will automatically send an email notification to the designated administrator, containing the details of the reservation request. This allows the admin to promptly review and manage the request.

  2. Overview Visibility: The reservation request will be clearly displayed in the “Overview” and “Flight” section. This provides a centralized location for the admin to view and track all incoming and pending reservations.

  3. Confirmation: Each individual included in the reservation will receive a personalized email confirmation.

Modifying a Reservation
To make changes to a reservation, access the reservation details and click the “Edit” button.
