We have recently added several new features to our pilot solution, designed to enhance security, accessibility, and compliance with aviation authority requirements.
Lock Flight Records
To help pilots in meeting requirements from aviation authorities regarding the immutability of flight records, FLYLOG now allows users to lock entries. To clearly indicate the immutability of your records to your local authority, entries are marked with a lock icon. Flight records will be automatically locked 3 days after creation. After this period, changes can only be made with assistance from our support team.
Data Backup
Ensuring the safety and accessibility of flight data is simplified with the new backup function. Users can back up flight data to iCloud or Google Drive. Backed-up data can then be opened in any text editor such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority (NZCAA) Export Format
FLYLOG now supports an export format that meets the requirements of the NZCAA.
Using the New Features
Detailed instructions on how to enable and use these new features are available in our online manual, or you can contact our support team.
